We recently had a level 3 survey carried out by Lee on a property we are purchasing. Both Lee & Hannah were really helpful with answering questions before the survey was carried out. The report itself was extremely thorough and detailed and was received quickly. Lee was more than happy to talk us through it and explain any areas we had questions about and provide his advice on how to proceed with next steps.
