Bailey & Johnston Chartered Surveyors are an independent firm of surveyors based in Liverpool who cover all areas across the North West. Our surveyors are experienced Chartered Building Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers who have gained extensive experience across a variety of sectors, from working for global and national real estate companies to small independent surveying practices.
As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), our surveyors have the appropriate level of expert knowledge and work to the highest professional and ethical standards. Whether you're buying a modern property or a run-down period property, a Home Survey will enable you to be fully aware of what you are intending to purchase, will help you minimise your financial risk and ensure you avoid any unpleasant surprises when you move into your new home.
Our surveys will advise you how the property is built and will identify defects such as damp, structural issues, non-compliant building alterations among many others which could easily be missed during a viewing.
