What is included in an Expert Witness Housing Disrepair report?
- The property will be inspected externally and internally by an experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- The surveyor will produce a detailed Part 35 compliant expert report in accordance with relevant legislation including the Landlord and Tenant Act (1985), Defective Premises Act (1972) and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018
- The report will include a photographic schedule of each defect identified
- The report will be issued within 10 days from the date of inspection
